Shipping policy
At The JKoverland Shop, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely. Please read the details below so you know what to expect.
1. Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your payment is processed, and a shipping confirmation email (with tracking details, where available) once your order leaves our warehouse.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods: We offer the following shipping options within the UK (mainland only unless stated):
Standard Shipping – Delivery in [3–5 business days]
International Shipping – Contact us first to discuss options. Available to select countries. . Delivery times vary (typically [7–21 business days]). Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, destination, and selected method, and shown at checkout. We do not charge hidden fees.
3. Delivery Times & Expectations: Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. They start from the day your order is dispatched (not the order date).
We aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, but delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, peak periods (e.g., Christmas), or unforeseen events.
Under UK law (Consumer Rights Act 2015), if delivery takes longer than [30 days] (or any longer period you agreed), you may have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund.
4. Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only / selected international destinations.
We do not ship to PO Boxes for certain carriers or oversized items.
5. Order Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (where available). Track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
6. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages: UK deliveries: Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date—we’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve (replacement or refund where appropriate).
International deliveries: Risk passes when the package leaves our premises. We’re not responsible for customs delays or lost international packages, though we’ll assist with claims where possible.
If an item arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 7 days.
7. Incorrect / Incomplete Addresses If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, you may be charged for re-shipping or return costs. We’re not responsible for non-delivery in these cases.
8. Force Majeure: We’re not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, carrier failures).
